Oak Green Café

There is a great atmosphere at our community café and we welcome everyone!

Our ‘Big Breakfast’, for less than two pounds, is famous for miles around!

There’s also a varied lunchtime menu, afternoon teas, takeaway service, and buffet catering for social, community and corporate events. 

Oak Green Café uses fair trade beverages, free range eggs and British produced pork, and has the Level 2 ‘Five for Life’ award, recognising our commitment to healthy food choices. 

The café also hosts a Food Interest Group to encourage people to talk about food and to find ways of shopping and eating healthily. We take a lead on recycling and also offer work experience, and paid work, to people with learning disabilities. 

Parents and families who are registered with our Parent Support service attend basic cookery courses held at the café, from time to time.
