What’s on offer: Friendship and a chance for participants to achieve their personal goals in a supportive environment. Each participant has their own weekly timetable based on their choices and preferences.

Activities: A wide range of leisure and social activities using local community and leisure facilities e.g. art, swimming, gardening, keep fit, and line dancing. We encourage participants to take up work placements.

When: Participants can attend from one to five days per week. There are also extra evening and weekend activities, and holidays - plus monthly discos, which are open to all participants.
