SUPPORTING PEOPLE

We offer support for people with learning disabilities who have their own homes, to enable them to enjoy a more secure environment and greater independence.

It may include support to help people manage their homes, budget their money, and improve their health, safety and security, and access a range of local and/or specialist services.
