DAYS AT THE GREEN

Options for Life is developing services for adults with learning disabilities who live in and around the Erdington, Stockland Green,  Witton, Ward End and Kingstanding areas of Birmingham.

This new service is one of ten unique projects offered by Options for Life.  We support people with learning disabilities to live their lives to the full, enabling them to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as non-disabled people.

The Cafe on the Green, based within Stockland Green Methodist Church, is open Monday-Friday from 10:30am until 1:30pm.  Our participants, alongside staff, help to run the cafe, gaining valuable catering and hospitality work experience and playing a key, visible role within their community.

Sessions are supervised at all times by trained and experienced staff.
