The Sewing Connection

Options for Life participants attend a weekly sewing session at Langley Library solely organised for them by Val of Church Army. She teaches them tips and tricks to do all those sewing. In every session, Val also reads out stories to enthrall the participants. She chooses interesting books every week to read.

Participants enjoy doing the cross-stitches and other sewing techniques. Every week someone learns new techniques of sewing and practises at the sessions.
