Sprint Relay

The Sprint Relay Race was one of the most exciting activities at the Options for Life Sports Day, with participants enthusiastically competing as part of a team. Participants ran around the marked course before passing the relay baton to a teammate waiting at the far end of the sports hall, who then completed the return leg of the race. The event showcased excellent teamwork, determination and coordination, while the cheers and encouragement from fellow participants and spectators created a lively atmosphere and made the race enjoyable for everyone involved.
