Participant Spotlight: Meet Sarah!

At Options for Life, every individual brings something unique and inspiring to our community. This month, we’re shining a light on Sarah, a vibrant and creative participant at our Oak Green Lodge hub.

🎨 A Passion for Art

Sarah has a natural talent for painting and drawing. Her artwork often features bright colours and imaginative scenes, and she recently contributed to a mural project at the hub that celebrates diversity and inclusion. “Art helps me express how I feel,” she says. “It makes me happy.”

🌱 Growing Skills and Confidence

Since joining Options for Life, Sarah has been working on her communication and independent living skills. She’s taken part in cooking sessions, learned to use public transport more confidently, and even led a group activity during a recent workshop. Sarah enjoys our garden parties, and her support staff says she’s blossomed in confidence and loves helping others.
